Key Holding and Alarm Response

By obtaining a set of our client’s keys, we are on-call to deal with any emergency response services that may be needed 24/7. Keys are stored at a safe location, either at your local key holding service centre or mobile unit. All practices are in line with regulatory standards.

In accordance with BS7984 requirements, DTR Security will act as your primary key holder and respond to in the event of an alarm activation. Our control centre will liaise with your alarm receiving centre, verify the cause and act accordingly. Where necessary we will liaise with the police, alarm companies and repair contractors on your behalf to secure your premises back to a secure position.
